We want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:
  • You must contact Shforn within 7 days of receiving the good via e-mail at connect@shforn.com Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
  • We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, with their original packaging and with all the tags.
  • We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expenses.
  • All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk.
  • Shforn cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
  • All refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s)
